ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. This includes all accessories, manuals and parts that came with the product. Proof of purchase (receipt or purchase confirmation) is required to process the return. The product must have been purchased directly from Hydrific or an authorized retailer. We will not accept returns from third-party sellers or resellers.
We understand that wear and tear are natural parts of a device’s lifecycle. However, in cases where the device shows signs of wear and tear beyond what is considered normal (such as scuffs, scratches, or minor damages like paint drops), returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
PROCESS FOR RETURN: We value your satisfaction with our products. To facilitate hassle-free returns, we will provide a convenient shipping label via email for return devices. This label will cover the cost of return shipping. When initiating a return the original purchaser should submit the information listed below to HYDRIFIC Customer Service at help@hydrificwater.com or through our portal within the application (please see details below).
